The Centre for Competition Law and Policy (CCLP) was established in the year 2014 with the vision to promote interdisciplinary research in the field of competition law and policy making. In 2016, the Centre became India’s first competition law research centre to partner the United Nations Conference on Trade and Develpment (UNCTAD) at its Research Partnership Platform (RPP). The CCLP regularly organizes academoc conferences, panel discussions, and lecture series which see involvement from practitioners, noted academics, and former as well as current members of the CCI.
